Walk-in's are welcome, however, BLO strongly reccomends that you book in advance.
A Credit Card is required to reserve your appointment in order for us to maintain our cancellation policy.
Cancellation and Late Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. This means that you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, otherwise we reserve the right to charge your credit card in full for the service booked.
If you're scheduled for a BLO out, and are 5 or more minutes late, you may unfortunately lose the appointment and may be charged for the service. We will do our very best to accomodate you, but because we are often booked back-to-back, we cannot make any guarantees.
$25 Blo Out
Effective April 1, 2008: BLO Outs are $25.
BLO Outs are based on a 30 minute appointment. Clients will be charged for additional styling, including flat iron or curling iron. Please let us know when booking if you think you'll need additional time for very long, thick or curly hair. We can not 100% guaruntee your stylist request for BLO Outs due to priority to cut and color appointments.
